My philosophy:
I am here to walk with you as you face challenges and will use evidence-based approaches to help you reach your therapeutic goals. As we start therapy, I want to know what your stressors are, what you're currently doing to cope with those stressors, and what you would like to see change in your life. The answers to these basic questions will help guide our time together and help us set our goals for therapy.
I look forward to working with you to set and meet your life goals.

My approach :
Sherry takes a more behavioral approach to common problems such as depression, anxiety, stress and sleep disorders among others. Interventions include understanding client’s thoughts, feelings and actions – all which are viewed as behavior – and apply common modalities as needed, including acceptance and commitment therapy, behavioral activation, community reinforcement and contingency management interventions.
My areas :
Sherry uses behavioral approach to treat depression, anxiety, stress and sleep disorders among others.
Sherry has a love for art and has shared it with others since she was young. She believes in art and the benefits it provides to promote insight, foster self-esteem, allow expression and relieve stress. Clients are not required to have any experience in art. The art produced is an expression and not a diagnostic assessment.
My philosophy :
Philosophy: Behaviors shape our world. Together we can assess the antecedents to behaviors we emit and understand the consequences that cause disruptions in our lives. Additionally, art is a tool that allows us to communicate freely and in a safe and understanding environment. I am happy to walk beside you during your journey to a better tomorrow.
